I had been driving on the interstate when my check transmission light went on. I was unable to get enough momentum when trying to get to a place to call for help. I was finally towed to another automobile service company which advised advised me that I had to take my Jeep to have it fixed via a computer hook-up. We were looking for a vehicle that we could tow with our motor home using a tow bar. My husband checked the inventory online and saw the Jeep we purchased. We contacted the salesman that a friend/employer has dealt with and were pleased with the experience. We contacted Gary and we took the Jeep for a drive, then spoke to Tony and decided this was the vehicle we wanted. The finance part of the deal went well, everyone was very friendly and helped to make this a good experience.
We have had previous experiences at Bill Harris purchasing both new and used vehicles. Each time has been a positive experience and this one was no different. it is nice to be able to go to a dealership where you know that you can trust the saleman and be sure that you will get a fair deal.

Gene was very helpful in picking out the car I wanted. I said I wanted a car with all the bells and whistles and that is what he showed me. Very courteous and knowledgeable about the car I test drove and eventually bought. Manager Tony was also very helpful in giving me a good price for my trade-in and explaining his reasoning for the price. My whole opinion has changed about the Bill Harris dealerships! An obvious change in management philosophy for the positive! All of the staff that we were involved with were courteous and helpful. I would have to say that this was the best vehicle purchasing experience that we have had. We were treated like we were their number one priority! Based on our experience, Bill Harris dealerships have already been recommended by us to others with the same outcome and opinion!
Had used this dealership service dept. for many years and have been very pleased. Was shopping for new vehicle and figured if service was as good as it is, then why not purchase a vehicle from them. The sales people were just as nice and personnal.
I appreciate thta the dealership listened to my request. They didn't push, and let me follow my own timeline. I've returned to this dealership for new vehicles since 1982. They have been accommodating and timely in helping me with service issues through the years.

My mother bought a doge Journey in Florida, she lives there for 6 months out of the year. The dodge had some problems while still in Florida, and was eventualy fixed then she came home. She later needed service for her Journey, and visited Harris Auto Center. They took real good care of her, and even check for any recalls that may of been issued. Which they did find about passengerside door locks. She told Harris that they where replaced 6 months ago in Eustis. They told her that they probably put the same type back in, and it should be addresses. ...

Not high pressure from Aaron Harris, very good customer skills and vehicle knowledge, Aaron very friendly, made a difference. Price of vehicle was high, price for trade in seemed low. Believe in doing business locally-would like to see the dealer return that thought.

I have been doing business with the chevy dealership there for many years. Lost count how many vehicles in all I have bought there. My last is a HHR that is getting over 31 mph. I am saving over 185 a month on gasoline and expect to get better. I have had a problem or two along the way, disagreed with Bill many times. Walked away angry buy kept coming back. The service we receided was timely, well performed, and below the estimate. They always make sure we are completely satisified. They are courteous, polite and helpful. We are always sure that the work will be done correctly the first time and on time.
They scheduled the service appointment for me. They picked up my car and delievered it to my office parking lot. On the return the person took time to review what was done and why and what didn't need to be done and why. Before the appointment I received a call suggesting things I might want done on the car during the time it is in the shop. This is a great group to work with for buying or servicing a car.
