How the Raffle Works:

Only a limited number of Raffle Tickets will be issued to Bill Harris CDJR customers. Dodge is making a special allocation of 40 Dodge Demons available to Dodge dealers in the U.S. The 40 Dodge dealers in the U.S. that sell the most new Dodge Hornets and Dodge Challengers between December 1, 2023 and January 2, 2024, will each be allocated one Dodge Demon.

The more Dodges we sell at Bill Harris Dodge, the better chance we have to receive allocation of a Dodge Demon. We want to sell as many new Dodges as we can in order to be allocated a Dodge Demon – so we are giving away either a 2024 Dodge Charger SXT or $10,000 cash to a Bill Harris Dodge customer!

If you purchase a new, in stock, Dodge Challenger, Dodge Charger or Dodge Hornet from Bill Harris Dodge between the dates of December 5, 2023 and January 2, 2024, you will receive one Bill Harris Dodge Raffle Ticket for each vehicle purchased.

If Bill Harris Dodge receives allocation of a 2024 Dodge Demon from Dodge as a result of new, in stock, Dodge sales that occur between December 5, 2023 and January 2, 2024, then Bill Harris Dodge will give one new, in stock, 2023 Dodge Charger (stock No. J4458) to one Bill Harris Dodge Raffle Ticket holder that has purchased a new, in stock, Dodge Challenger, Dodge Charger or Dodge Hornet from Bill Harris Dodge between the dates of December 5, 2023 and January 2, 2024. This vehicle has an MSRP of $38,315.

If Bill Harris Dodge does not receive allocation of a 2024 Dodge Demon from Dodge as a result of new, in stock, Dodge sales that occur between December 5, 2023 and January 2, 2024, then Bill Harris Dodge will give $10,000.00 to one Bill Harris Dodge Raffle Ticket holder that has purchased a new, in stock, Dodge Challenger, Dodge Charger or Dodge Hornet from Bill Harris Dodge between the dates of December 5, 2023 and January 2, 2024.

One Bill Harris Dodge customer is guaranteed to win! Chances of winning is based upon the number of customers who purchase a new, in stock, Dodge Challenger, Dodge Charger or Dodge Hornet from Bill Harris Dodge between December 5, 2023 and January 2, 2024 (for example, if we sell a total of 30 new Dodges Challengers, Charges and Hornets between December 5, 2023 and January 2, 2024, only 30 customers will receive a Bill Harris Dodge Raffle Ticket, and the odds of winning would be 30 to 1). Only one Raffle Ticket will be provided for each qualifying sale – if “co-buyers” jointly purchase a new Dodge vehicle, only one Raffle Ticket will be awarded for that particular sale. A customer is eligible to receive a Raffle Ticket for each new Dodge Challenger, Charger or Hornet that the customer purchases. We can only sell up to four New Dodges in a calendar year to the same customer address.

One Raffle Ticket holder will win either the 2024 Dodge Charger or $10,000 in cash, depending upon the result of the above described allocation from Dodge – only one of the above referenced prizes will be awarded by Bill Harris Dodge, not both prizes. The Raffle Ticket will be randomly selected at the dealership on January 4, 2024, and the winning customer will be notified by Bill Harris Dodge that day. A Raffle Ticket holder does not need to be present to win. The winning customer is responsible for any sales tax, title and registration fees and insurance if they win a 2024 Dodge Charger SXT, and is responsible for any income taxes or other taxes applicable to either winning the 2024 Dodge Charger or $10,000 in cash. Employees of Bill Harris Dodge (and their immediate family members) are not eligible to participate.

The winning customer must be 18 years of age or older and will have fifteen (15) days to claim the prize after receiving notification. If awarded, the Dodge Charger SXT will be awarded with the Dodge factory warranty, and will be awarded “As-Is” by the dealership. Questions?
